Silver Tear Shaped Ashes Pendant
This stunning tear shaped silver pendant is the perfect way to keep a loved one close to your heart.
Ashes are preserved in high quality resin with pigments being added to create your choice of colour. Glitters can also be added if required. Ashes can be hidden within the colour of the pendant or more visible depending on your preference. This will be discussed with you before your pendant is made.
Pendants are hung on a 18” Diamond cut 1.0mm Sterling Silver curb chain and returned to you in a presentation box.
The ordering process is very simple, once you have placed your order we will send a collection pouch, spoon and prepaid envelope for you to forward your loved ones ashes to us with ease. We only require about a 1/4 of a teaspoon of ashes to make each item, any unused ashes will be returned to you when we send your necklace.
As soon as we receive the ashes we will notify you and begin to make your necklace. Orders will be completed within 7-14 days of receiving your ashes and forwarded to you using.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Memorial Jewellery, however, as each product is custom made we cannot offer a return unless:
a) the product does not match the order, or
b) the product is faulty
An order can only be cancelled if work has not started on your product.
